gre URI http://hdl.handle.net/10795/3025 βιολογία νερό Σε αυτή τη διατριβή μελετούμε τα αμφίφιλα πολυπεπτίδια ως προς την σύνθεση, τον χαρακτηρισμό και την αυτοοργάνωση τους σε υδατικά διαλύματα, µε χρήση τεχνικών πολυμερισμού διάνοιξης δακτυλίου των Ν-καρβοξυ ανυδριτών των αντίστοιχων αμινοξέων, καθώς και τεχνικές υψηλού κενού για τον καθαρισμό των αντιδραστηρίων και των διαλυτών. Για την σύνθεση καλά καθορισμένων πολυπεπτιδίων, αμιγών και υβριδικών, διαπιστώθηκε ότι είναι απαραίτητος ο καλός καθαρισμός των αρχικών. In this dissertation we study the synthesis, characterization and self-assembly of amphiphilic polypeptides in aqueous solutions, using the ring-opening polymerization technique as long as high vacuum techniques for the purification of all the chemicals involved (reagents, solvents).
